"Emerald Ash Borer Update : Scientists from Michigan State University and Michigan Technological University wanted to do something besides watch ash trees die, so they are collaborating with Michigan's Department of Agriculture, Department of Natural Resources, the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service and USDA Forest Service to develop the SLow Ash Mortality (SLAM) project in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Read about their efforts here."
